The Chinese and US negotiating teams have agreed to a framework on trade, Li Chenggang, China's vice-commerce minister and international trade representative, told reporters after the talks. "In the past two days, both teams have had very in-depth exchanges. Our communication has been very professional, rational, in-depth and candid," Li said.
