He Weiwen, a senior fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, said there are many bright sights in China's economy such as new emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, and solar panels, and the prospects are bright while talking with China Daily.
He was a former economic and commercial counselor at Chinese consulates-general in New York and San Francisco.
