Bai Tinggui, who was born in the 1990s, is an attendant for the high-speed trains on the Chongqing section of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co Ltd. This year's Spring Festival travel rush marks the tenth she's served.

Every time she met elderly passengers traveling alone, she would think of her grandparents, which made her start to think about how to provide more assistance for the elderly.

Gradually, through her work, Bai became familiar with more public welfare work and voluntarily participated in related projects. For the last three years of being a volunteer, she has engaged in various activities, offering help to those in need. In addition to her daily work, Bai also uses her time off to help key groups such as the elderly and children at the railway station.

"In the future, whether in life or work, I will continue to serve as a volunteer, help others, and realize my value," Bai said.
