Up to 11 major parks in the capital are closed temporarily on Wednesday.
The weather authority has reminded the public to be aware of potential risks and avoid going out if possible.

The authority said it's hard to locate the detailed areas of rainfall at present due to various reasons and that weather prediction has its uncertainties.
