Vision China shines light on youths amid COVID-19

The 11th session of Vision China, a series of talks hosted by China Daily, is broadcast online to a global audience at 8:30 pm (1230 GMT, 8:30 am EST) Thursday.

The event, titled "Young voices: Shared future and better tomorrow", invites youngsters studying at home and abroad to share their life stories.

The speakers are Wang Ziyi, 10, a fifth-grader at Shanghai Starriver Bilingual School, Alisa Topchiy, 22, a student at Saint-Petersburg State University, Max Horne, 19, a first-year student at Harvard College, Xue Feiyang, 22, a postgraduate student at the London School of Economics, Zhu Jiayi, 23, a first-year master's student at the University of Southern California, and Xiong Ziqing, a fourth-year student at Shanghai International Studies University and an exchange student at Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey in the US.
