Southwest China's Guizhou province and Morocco held a remote video conference on novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control at the Guizhou provincial People's Hospital on Friday. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on issues related to the prevention and treatment of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.
Eight experts from the Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital and Guizhou Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and experts from the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Casablanca Medical Teaching and Diagnosis Center participated.
The Moroccan side asked questions about virus detection, patient treatment, and medical staff protection.
Experts from the Guizhou Provincial Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Surveillance Control Group shared their experience and cases of prevention and control measures, diagnosis and treatment technology, and clinical treatment in Guizhou province, answered questions and addressed doubts on the Moroccan side, and put forward suggestions based on the actual situation of Morocco.
The Moroccan experts thanked the Guizhou expert team and expressed the hope that the two sides will conduct deeper exchanges and cooperation in the future.
