The Flowertime festival is a biennial initiative launched in 2013 by the City of Brussels and the ASBL (non-profit organization) Tapis de Fleurs de Bruxelles. Themed "A World of Floral Emotions", more than 30 top florists from 13 countries decorated rooms of Brussels City Hall, a UNESCO masterpiece of Gothic architecture.

Brussels famous Grand Place hosted the occasion with a stunning flower arch composed of 500 fuchsias. This year, the artistic direction is once again in the hands of the world-famous Floraliën, and the renowned Manneken Pis have been dressed up by the floral artist Geoffroy Mottart.
