BEIJING - Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, as a special representative of Chinese President Xi Jinping, will pay a working visit to Russia from April 4 to 5, as agreed by both China and Russia, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced on Friday.
